The Brotherhood St. Christoph is a community of Christian brotherly love and, with over 22.500 members, one of the largest charitable organizations in the Alpine region. The headquarter of the Brotherhood is in St. Christoph am Arlberg, in Tyrol, Austria.

FELDER GROUP supports families in need with € 17,000

On Friday, January 14th 2022, the Felder Group officially handed over this year's company donation of € 17,000 to the St. Christoph Brotherhood. Adolf and Gerda Werner, who run the brotherhood in St. Christoph am Arlberg, were delighted with the substantial donation that was collected by the Felder workforce and doubled by the management.

Tamara Felder (CMO), Daniel Felder (Head of Purchasing), Karl Binder (Head of Infrastructure) and Martin Rainer (Head of Human Resources) looked at happy faces when they officially presented this year's company donation to Adolf and Gerda Werner last Friday. € 8,500 was collected by the motivated employees of the Felder Group as part of a fundraising campaign. As every year, the management doubled this sum, so that the impressive amount of € 17,000 finally came about. The Tyrolean family company supports families in need. "We would like to thank the Felder Group for the generous donation and the interesting tour of this special company. You can feel the family business in every nook and cranny,” Adolf and Gerda Werner express their joy at the donation handover.

Social commitment is one of the core values ​​of the Felder Group. Every year, the workforce, together with management, donates to charitable organizations around the world. In recent years, for example, the company has supported the children's cancer charity in Tyrol, the humanitarian aid organization Timion NPC in South Africa and the Brother Konrad Technical School in Uganda. However, it is also particularly important to the Felder Group to support regional organisations. This was one of the reasons why the company chose the Brotherhood of St. Christoph as part of this year's fundraising campaign. "As a corporate family, we are aware of our social responsibility and regularly help people in particularly difficult situations with a positive contribution, encourage our young people and provide targeted support to regional and global aid organizations," reports CEO Hansjörg Felder.
